Philosophy
From the Greek νομάς, meaning “nomad”, the name NOMASS embodies the studio’s vision: gathering traces from different cultures, places and times, and transforming them into spaces, architectures, objects and collections that speak to the present.
NOMASS is a creative studio founded by Nadia Vlasopoulou, exploring architecture and design as a unified language capable of connecting memory, emotion and contemporaneity.
Each project emerges from the intersection of disciplines and influences, evolving into a narrative that is both personal and collective.
Our approach is tailored: we listen, interpret and create. We do not follow formulas, but develop bespoke visions that reflect the identity of those who inhabit them.
Nadia Vlasopoulou
From an early age, Nadia Vlasopoulou developed a deep connection with aesthetics, growing up surrounded by books, fashion, interiors and art. This sensitivity, combined with boundless curiosity, shaped a perspective capable of reading spaces and objects beyond their surface.
Her journey began with Civil Engineering at the University of Patras and continued with a Master in Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano. After gaining national and international experience across architecture, hospitality and product design, she founded NOMASS.
Here, technical rigor and imagination coexist, transforming ideas, memories and identities into contemporary spatial experiences.
Name & Symbol
The name NOMASS encapsulates the essence of the studio: nomadism as both a cultural and creative condition.
In the logo, the letter A becomes a nomad in motion: a symbolic figure representing the inner journey and an evolving identity.
This nomad is present in every project: an inner force shaped by memory, roots and aspirations, guiding the creative process and defining the studio’s language.

Nadia is supported by a dedicated and experienced team who share the same attention to detail and craftsmanship.
To maintain a tailored approach and build meaningful relationships with clients, NOMASS develops a selected number of projects, personally overseen by Nadia throughout every phase.
The studio works across architecture, interior design and collections, creating projects that intertwine culture, materiality and contemporary sensibility. Each project is guided by simple yet profound values: listening, authenticity, craftsmanship and vision. We believe in a beauty that emerges from memory, is nourished by contemporaneity, and finds its strength in time.
